Structure made entirely from 1×4 doug fir construction lumber! Built to match another desk in Ali’s office. Stained with Danish oil and sealed with polyurethane. Had originally purchased cheaper-option depot cabinet hardware and it failed a week later. Upgraded to higher-end hardware and it works like a charm. Doors and drawer hand made, incorporating a healthy dose of table saw rabbeting. South Bend, WA; March 2021.
