John and Lindi had a great shared vision of a bigger shower with no door, tile to the ceiling, with a bench and two niches. Also requested new tile floor throughout bathroom, paint and light fixture replacement.
Removed old shower tile and mortar bed, replaced drain, mixing valve, and replaced mortar bed shower floor and curb the right way after building the new stub wall. Installed drywall, niches, bench and backer board, completed crown molding tie-in and got to setting tile. Finished tile installation in shower, then patched all room drywall. Matched texture, painted, and then knocked out floor tile installation. Finished off the project with new lighting throughout, new towel rods and hooks and base molding, and they were thrilled with the results!
